Shipping Policy.

1. Order confirmation

Because most pieces are finished, sized, or commissioned to order, shipping begins only after your order is confirmed in writing and, where applicable, payment is received in full.

2. Processing time

Collection pieces are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed with our team at the time of commissioning — commonly around 18 days, though intricate work may take longer.

3. Domestic shipping

• All jewellery is shipped fully insured via a registered courier with signature-on-delivery.
• Metro cities typically receive orders within 2–4 business days of dispatch; other locations may take 4–7 business days.
• Shipping charges, if any, are confirmed at the time of order and may be waived above a certain order value.

4. International shipping

International shipping is available on request. Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping charge.

5. Packaging

Every piece is shipped in tamper-evident, secure packaging with its certification, hallmarking documentation, and invoice enclosed.

6. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email or phone once your order is dispatched.

7. Delays

While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. In-store collection

You may also choose to collect your order in person at our Jayanagar store — let us know at the time of confirmation and we'll notify you as soon as it's ready.
