SAKALA Jewellery House
The terms that govern your use of this website and any purchase, appointment, or commission with Sakala Jewellery House.
By accessing or using this website, booking an appointment, or placing an order with Sakala Jewellery House ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
This website is an informational and enquiry platform for Sakala Jewellery House's collections, bespoke commissions, and appointment bookings. Product listings, pricing, and availability shown here are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of purchase or commission.
Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are indicative, as each piece is priced on the merit of its stones and materials at prevailing rates. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any order is placed. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, weights, and images are accurate, but minor variations between a photograph and the finished piece may occur due to the handmade nature of our work.
All gold jewellery sold by us is hallmarked in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements. Diamonds and gemstones are graded and, where applicable, certified by recognised gemological laboratories. Certification details are provided at the time of sale.
Booking an appointment through this website does not constitute a purchase or contract of sale. Bespoke commissions are confirmed only after a written quotation and deposit have been accepted by both parties, and are subject to the separate terms agreed at that time.
All designs, photographs, text, and other content on this website are the property of Sakala Jewellery House unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Sakala Jewellery House shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sakalajewellery.com or by visiting us at our Jayanagar store — see our Contact page for details.
